Okay, so I've completed my second week of Insanity and let's just say, it works. Let me just warn those who are looking into this workout....it's tough! The first real work out I did, I almost threw up, not to say to those are the faint at heart will not push through, because if you put your mind to it and never give up, you will succeed!

Weight after 2 weeks: 138lbs
Chest: 37 inches
Waist: 32.5 inches
Belly: 37 inches
Hips: 38.5 inches

I decided to write this blog as my diary and motivation as I embark on the crazy workout: INSANITY. It sounds so scary. I'm scared. But in the end, I hope I can stick to it and I hope I will be able to inspire some of you who are just like me starting out.

So, I began the fitness test yesterday to kick off my INSANITY workout for the next two months. It was only 25min long, so uber short. BUT, and that is a BIG BUT, that my butt hurts afterwards and my legs felt like lead. I've done p90x in the past, but I have a funny feeling I'm going to hate these workouts. Too soon? Perhaps. Once I see results though, all will be worth the boo-hooing and whining. No pain, no gain right?
I took my before pictures, so I'm excited to see the transformation that will take place after these 2 months!
Starting weight: 141 lbs
Chest: 40 in.
Waist: 34 in
Belly: 39 in.
Hips: 40 in.
Those numbers will not defeat meeeee!!!!!!!!!
